General League Rules The Northwest Florida 8-Ball League and RCO Memorial 8-Ball League operate under established league procedures intended to promote fair play, sportsmanship, and orderly weekly competition. Official league procedures, match formats, scoring methods, and seasonal requirements may be supplemented by printed rules, captain instructions, or league announcements. Sportsmanship All players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive behavior, or repeated disruption of league play may result in disciplinary action as determined by league administration. Match Play League matches are played using 8-ball rules and scheduled according to the format established for each division. Certain leagues may use handicaps, while others may operate without handicaps depending on the structure of that division.
