Be sure that you drop your envelope in the locked box AND be sure to sign the sheet. This helps maintain a documented control of your team's information and funds. This protects your team, the establishment and me. Please be sure that you identify, on the envelope, what the funds are for i.e., sponsor fee, membership and whom it is for, or weekly dues. Also, when a name is added to your roster, a membership fee is to be paid at that time. So, if you have any names on your roster that memberships have not been paid, please remit the membership dues to avoid them being deleted from your roster. For all the teams that are doing all of this already, I appreciate your consideration in aiding me in applying your funds correctly. Thank You, J J
